摘　　要：目的:以4R危机管理理论为指导,优化综合医院突发公共卫生事件感染控制方案,为应对未来新发传染病提供依据。方法:采用目的抽样法,对2020年1月—2023年5月在山西省6所三级甲等综合医院参与医院感染控制相关工作的24名工作人员进行访谈,对访谈资料采用Colaizzi 7步分析法进行分析。结果:基于4R危机理论提炼出缩减期、预备期、反应期和恢复期4个一级主题和15个二级主题。结论:综合医院在遇到突发公共卫生事件时存在卫生基础设施不完善、感染控制理念不深入、应急预案和监督机制精细化程度不够、培训模式形式单一、智能化薄弱等问题。对重点人群进行访谈、总结经验,可为应对此类事件提供灵活化的策略,完善运营精准防控策略。Objective:Guided by the 4R crisis management theory,we aim to optimize infection control protocols for public health emergencies in general hospitals,providing a foundation for addressing future emerging infectious diseases.Methods:Using purposeful sampling,24 staff involved in infection control-related work in six tertiary general hospitals in Shanxi Province from January 2020 to May 2023 were interviewed.The interview data were analyzed using the Colaizzi 7-step analysis method.Results:Based on the 4R crisis theory,four primary themes were extracted:reduction,readiness,response,and recovery,encompassing 15 secondary themes.Conclusion:General hospitals face challenges such as inadequate health infrastructure,lack of in-depth infection control concepts,insufficient refinement of emergency response plans and monitoring mechanisms,monotonous training modes,and weak intelligence during public health emergencies.Interviews with key populations and the summarization of experiences can provide flexible strategies for responding to such events and improve precise prevention and control measures.
