摘 要:将偏钨酸铵水合物溶解于N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、无水乙醇和乙二醇组成的有机溶剂中,并加入Ag纳米线,形成掺Ag前驱体溶液,通过旋涂法在FTO导电玻璃上制得WO_(3)/Ag复合薄膜,研究Ag对薄膜的形貌结构和电致变色性能的影响。采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对WO_(3)薄膜和WO_(3)/Ag复合薄膜的结构和形貌进行表征;并利用紫外可见分光光度计和电化学工作站进行薄膜的电致变色性能测试分析。结果表明:Ag的加入影响了薄膜的生长,且显著提升了薄膜的电致变色性能,WO_(3)/Ag复合薄膜着色更明显,光调制幅度达到34%。这为WO_(3)/Ag复合薄膜电致变色性能研究提供了一种参考。Ammonium metatungstate hydrate was dissolved in organic solvent composed of N,N-dimethylformamide(DMF),absolute alcohol and ethylene glycol,and Ag nanowires were added to form Ag-doped precursor solution.WO_(3)/Ag composite films were prepared on FTO conductive glass by spin-coating method.The effects of Ag on the morphology,structure and electrochromic properties of the films were studied.The structure and morphology of WO_(3) films and WO_(3)/Ag composite films were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The electrochromic properties of the films were measured and analyzed by UV-vis spectrophotometer and electrochemical workstation.The results show that the addition of Ag affects the growth of the films,and significantly improves the electrochromic properties of the films.The color of WO_(3)/Ag composite films is more obvious,and its light modulation amplitude reaches 34%.This provides a reference for the electrochromic properties of WO_(3)/Ag composite films.
