摘　　要：L-异亮氨酸是人体所必需的氨基酸之一,促进蛋白质合成,调节代谢状态,增强免疫系统,减轻疼痛症状。L-异亮氨酸衍生物用作食品添加剂、饲料添加剂、肥料添加剂等。主要使用L-异亮氨酸作为起始原料,使用二碳酸二叔丁酯对氨基进行保护,制得化合物1,然后跟对硝基苯胺反应缩合得到化合物2。将化合物2中的硝基还原成氨基即可得到化合物3。L-isoleucine is one of the essential amino acids in the human body,which promotes protein synthesis,regulating metabolic state,strengthening the immune system,and reducing pain symptoms.L-isoleucine derivatives are used as food additives,feed additives,fertilizer additives and so on.In this paper,L-isoleucine is used as the starting material,the amino group is protected by di-tert butyl dicarbonate,and compound 1 is prepared.Then compound 1 is condensed with p-nitroaniline to get compound 2.Compound 3 is obtained by reducing the nitro group in compound 2 to an amino group.
