摘 要:为对比研究生物基棕榈油与环烷基油在半钢子午线轮胎高填充白炭黑胎面胶中的应用性能,将生物基棕榈油与石油基环烷油作为橡胶操作油分别加入到半钢子午线轮胎高填充白炭黑胎面胶中,并对胶料的加工性能、硫化性能、物理力学性能、压缩疲劳温升、动态力学性能、DIN磨耗和阿克隆磨耗、佩恩效应等性能进行应用对比评价。结果显示,以生物基棕榈油作为操作油完全替代石油基环烷油配方试验胶料会导致加工安全性能下降,拉伸强度下降,硫化胶的内部和底部温升提高,胶料的T_(g)值明显降低,抗湿滑性能略优,胶料的滚阻及生热基本相当,以石油基环烷油为对比配方胶料的分散性及均一性较好。直接采用26号棕榈油替代石油基环烷油,还存在较大差距,尚需继续开展相关工作,对棕榈油进行改性或尝试其他生物基油进行应用研究,以期获得更好的性能。To compare the application performance of bio-based palm oil and naphthenic oil in the tread rubber of semi-steel radial tires with high-filled silica,palm oil and naphthenic oil were added as rubber processing oils to the tread rubber of semi-steel radial tires with high-filled silica,and the application evaluation of the rubber compound was conducted in terms of vulcanization performance,physical properties,compression fatigue temperature rise,dynamic mechanical properties,DIN abrasion and Akron abrasion,Payne effect,and other properties.The results showed that using palm oil as the operating oil formula to test the processing safety performance of the rubber material decreased,the tensile strength decreased,the temperature rise of the vulcanized rubber increased,the T_(g) value of the rubber material significantly decreased,the wet slip resistance was slightly better,and the rolling resistance and heat generation of the rubber material were basically the same.Compared with the formula rubber material,the dispersibility and uniformity were better.There is still a big gap in directly using No.26 palm oil to replace petroleum-based naphthenic oil,and further work is needed to modify palm oil or try other bio-based oils for application research,in order to achieve better performance.
