摘 要:将聚丙烯(PP)与木质素(Lignin)通过熔融共混法制备Lignin/PP复合材料样品。采用熔体流动速率测试仪、万能试验机、冲击试验机及热台偏光显微镜对样品的熔融指数、拉伸性能、冲击性能及球晶的生长情况进行了表征。结果表明:随着木质素质量的增加,拉伸强度、模量、冲击强度及熔融指数呈先升后降趋势。当木质素质量分数为10%,样品拉伸强度值最大,为31.10 MPa;当木质素质量质量为15%,样品的模量、冲击强度及熔融指数值最大,分别为562.79 MPa、4.64 kJ/m^(2)、44.43 g/(10 min),较空白样分别提升5.52%,77.10%,87.63%。Lignin/PP composites were prepared by melt blending polypropylene(PP)and lignin(Lignin).The melt flow rate,tensile properties,impact properties and spherulite growth of samples were tested by melt flow rate tester,universal testing machine,impact testing machine and hot stage polarizing microscope.The results show that the tensile strength,modulus,impact strength and melt flow rate index increased first and then decreased with the increased of Lignin.When the content of lignin was 10%,the tensile strength of the sample had a maximum value of 31.10 MPa.When the content of lignin was 15%,the modulus,impact strength,and melt index of the sample were 562.79 MPa,4.64 kJ/m^(2),and 44.43 g/(10 min),which were 5.52%,77.10%,and 87.63%higher than the blank sample,respectively.
