摘 要:为了解决传统凝胶堵漏剂强度弱、封堵性能差、封堵易失效的问题,以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸十六烷基酯、十二烷基硫酸钠、氯化铝为主要原料制备了一种基于疏水缔合作用和离子键的双网络凝胶堵漏剂HA-1,综合分析了双网络凝胶堵漏剂的物理化学特性,实验结果表明,疏水缔合作用和离子键两重网络之间的协同作用,优化了凝胶的综合性能,双网络凝胶HA-1表现出了良好的强度、愈合性能和封堵能力,可以对1 mm裂缝实现高强度封堵,为双网络凝胶在堵漏方向的应用提供了新的研究思路。To address the issues of weak strength,poor plugging performance,and easy failure of traditional gel plugging agents,a dual-network plugging agent HA-1 based on hydrophobic association and ion bonding was developed using acrylamide,acrylic acid,hexadecyl methacrylate,sodium dodecyl sulfate,and aluminum chloride as the main raw materials.The physical and chemical properties of the dual-network plugging agent were comprehensively analyzed.Experimental results demonstrate that the synergistic effect between hydrophobic association and ion bonding in the dual-network structure optimizes the comprehensive performance of the gel.The dual-network plugging agent HA-1 exhibits excellent strength,healing properties,and plugging ability,capable of achieving high-strength plugging of 1 mm cracks.This research provides a new research direction for the application of dual-network gels in the field of plugging agents.
