免高温熟化软包装用聚氨酯胶粘剂的研究

摘　　要：以小分子多元酸和小分子多元醇为基础原料,制备预聚体,在扩链过程中,将超支化聚合物和HDI三聚体引入聚氨酯结构中,制备一种新型聚氨酯胶粘剂。测试结果表明,此研究制备的胶粘剂具有合适的黏度、较长的胶盘寿命,能在室温下快速固化,具有良好的粘接性能、热封强度和热稳定性。A new type of polyurethane adhesive was prepared by using small molecule polyols and polyacids as prepolymers.In the process of chain extension,hyperbranched polymers and HDI trimer were introduced into the polyurethane structure.The test results indicate that the adhesive prepared in this research has suitable viscosity、long adhesive disc life,can be cured quickly at room temperature,and has good adhesive properties、heat sealing strength and thermal stability.
