摘　　要：众多的内外因素直接影响着各种皮肤问题的产生,如炎症、衰老、氧化应激、色素沉着等。天然多酚为含多个酚羟基化合物,具有多种生物活性和药理作用,如抗氧化、抗炎、抑菌、抗肿瘤等。近年研究发现天然多酚可通过不同的分子生物学机制对皮肤产生各种有益的功效,引起了广泛的关注。综述了天然多酚护肤功效和作用机制的研究进展,并介绍其在化妆品的实际应用情况,为护肤美容提供了新的视角。Many internal and external factors directly affect the production of various skin problems,such as inflammation,aging,oxidative stress,pigmentation and so on.Natural polyphenols are phenolic hydroxyl compounds with various biological activities and pharmacological effects,such as antioxidant,anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,anti-tumor and so on.In recent years,it has been found that natural polyphenols can produce various beneficial effects on skin through different molecular biological mechanisms,which has attracted wide attention.This paper reviews the research progress of natural polyphenols in skin care and its mechanism,and introduces its practical application in cosmetics,providing a new perspective for skin care and beauty.
