摘　　要：本研究旨在探究舒眠胶囊中芍药苷的含量测定方法,以满足市场需求并提升产品质量控制水平。文中采用高效液相色谱法对舒眠胶囊样品进行分析,详细介绍了实验材料来源、规格及实验方法。通过实验结果展示与解读,成功计算出芍药苷的含量,并进行比较分析。在讨论部分,深入探讨了实验结果的影响因素、误差来源以及本方法的优缺点与改进方向。最后得出结论,高效液相色谱法能够准确高效地测定舒眠胶囊中芍药苷的含量,为舒眠胶囊的质量控制提供了有力支持,并具有一定的实际应用价值。The purpose of this study was to explore the determination method of paeoniflorin in Shumian capsules in order to meet the market demand and improve the quality control level of products.The sample of Shumian capsule was analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The source,specification and method of experimental materials were introduced in detail.Through the demonstration and interpretation of the experimental results,the content of paeoniflorin was successfully calculated and compared.In the discussion part,the influence factors of the experimental results,the source of error,the advantages and disadvantages of this method and the direction of improvement are discussed.Finally,it is concluded that this study provides strong support for the quality control of Shumian capsules,and has certain practical application value.
