摘 要:采用盐酸、硝酸和氢氟酸按一定比例混合溶解高纯钼粉,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高纯钼粉中铅、锡、铁、镍、铜、锰、锑、铋、钛、铝和锌11种痕量杂质元素,采用在线内标法能监测仪器信号的短期漂移和长期稳定性,且可有效地校正基体钼效应。结果表明各元素的检出限在0.02~0.08 ng/mL,加标回收率为90%~112%,说明该方法的精密度较好,能够满足高纯钼粉中痕量杂质元素的测定。Hydrochloric acid,nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid were mixed to dissolve high-purity molybdenum powder in a certain proportion,and 11 trace impurity elements of lead,tin,iron,nickel,copper,manganese,antimony,bismuth,titanium,aluminum and zinc in high-purity molybdenum powder were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The online internal standard method can monitor the short-term drift and long-term stability of the instrument signal,and can effectively correct the matrix molybdenum effect.The results showed that the detection limit of each element was 0.02~0.08 ng/mL,and the recovery rate was 90%~112%,indicating that the precision of the method was good.This method can meet the determination of trace impurity elements in high-purity molybdenum powder.
