火焰原子吸收分光法测定阿胶中锌、铁的含量研究

摘　　要：利用火焰原子吸收分光光度计,采用标准曲线法对山东华信公司产阿胶中Fe, Zn元素的含量进行定量测定,实验表明铁离子质量浓度在0~5.544μg·mL^(-1)、锌离子质量浓度在0.50~2.50μg·mL^(-1)范围内有良好的线性关系,两种元素5次平行实验测量的RSD都在5%以内,加标回收率分别为98.57%,100.51%,说明该方法测定准确,精密度良好,结果显示阿胶样品中Fe的含量为1.97 mg·g^(-1),Zn的含量为0.252 mg·g^(-1)。Using flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer,and using the standard curve method of Fe in shandong huaxin company produce gelatin,for quantitative determination of content of zinc element,experiments show that the iron ion concentration in 0~5.544μg·mL^(-1),zinc ion concentration in the range 0.50~2.50μg·mL^(-1) has good linear relationship,Two elements parallel experiment measuring RSD 5 times are within 5%,standard addition recoveries were 98.57%,100.51%indicated that the method measuring results are accurate,precision is good,the results show that the gelatin of Fe content in the samples(1.97 mg·g^(-1)),zinc content(0.252 mg·g^(-1)).
