摘 要:甲苯歧化及烷基转移工艺是芳烃联合装置中最重要的反应过程,它是将甲苯与C_(9+)芳烃转化对二甲苯和苯。根据某石化企业的装置运行数据,采用Petro-Sim软件,对甲苯歧化及烷基转移装置进行全流程建模;通过反应运行数据对模型进行校核,模拟值与装置的实际值基本吻合。利用模型对反应温度、压力、氢油比和原料中C_(7)/C_(9+)组成变化对反应的影响进行了研究,同时对精馏塔操作进行了优化分析,结果表明,反应温度和原料组成的变化影响产品的选择性和转化率,苯、甲苯的分离纯度主要受控于回流和塔底热负荷,为反应调整和精馏塔操作优化提供了理论依据。The process of toluene disproportionation and Ttransalkylation is the most important reaction process in aromatics combined plant,which is to convert toluene and C_(9+)aromatics into p-xylene and benzene.According to the operation data of a petrochemical enterprise,the whole process model of toluene disproportionation and Ttransalkylation unit was carried out by using Petro-Sim software.The model is calibrated by reaction operation data,and the simulated value is basically consistent with the actual value of unit.The effect of reaction temperature,pressure,hydrogen-oil ratio and C_(7)/C_(9+)composition on the reaction was studied by using the model,meanwhile the operation of the distillation column was optimized and analyzed.The results show that the reaction temperature and raw material composition affect the selectivity and conversion of the product,and the separation purity of benzene and toluene is mainly controlled by the reflux and the heat duty at the bottom of the tower.It provides a theoretical basis for reaction adjustment and operation optimization of distillation column.
