催化裂化装置电液滑阀故障分析与处理

摘  要:某催化裂化装置电液滑阀系统曾出现伺服阀被杂物堵塞导致阀失去控制误动作突开,阀位波动漂移,阀杆脱落引起DCS再生滑阀跟踪失调报警,液压油杂质等引起液压系统堵塞,电磁信号干扰等故障引起反应温度和压力大幅波动,严重影响装置的长周期运行。通过对不同类型的故障原因针对性分析并采取改进措施,如采用安装特殊开孔并带螺纹的止退螺母解决其松动脱落问题,优选比例阀取代伺服阀增强抗污染能力,内置磁致伸缩型位移传感器替代直流位移传感器的方法解决电磁信号干扰问题等。彻底解决了电液执行机构曾出现的故障和问题,可减少因催化裂化装置非计划停车效益损失700多万元以上,还可节约水电消耗费用16.7万元/a,社会效益和经济效益好。The electro-hydraulic slide valve system of a certain catalytic cracking unit once experienced servo valve blockage caused by debris,resulting in valve loss of control,misoperation and sudden opening,valve position fluctuation and drift,valve stem detachment causing DCS regeneration slide valve tracking imbalance alarm,hydraulic oil impurities causing hydraulic system blockage,electromagnetic signal interference and other faults causing significant fluctuations in reaction temperature and pressure,seriously affecting the long-term operation of the unit.By analyzing the causes of different types of faults and taking targeted improvement measures,such as using special hole and threaded stop nuts to solve their loosening and detachment problems,selecting proportional valves to replace servo valves to enhance anti pollution ability,and using built-in magnetostrictive displacement sensors to replace DC displacement sensors to solve electromagnetic signal interference problems.Thoroughly solving the faults and problems that have occurred in the electro-hydraulic actuator,it can reduce the loss of benefits caused by unplanned shutdown of the catalytic cracking unit by more than 7 million yuan,and also save water and electricity consumption costs of 167000 yuan/a,with good social and economic benefits.
