基于ANSYS的外压加强圈局部开孔对壳体屈曲影响分析

摘  要:外压容器失效的主要原因为外压失稳。通过ANSYS建模有限元分析对比同一台带外压加强圈的卧式容器,加强圈开孔前后的加强圈不同部位应力变化情况、外压圆柱壳的外压特征值屈曲分析和非线性屈曲分析,对比分析结果显示了该加强圈开孔结构对加强圈应力分布及圆筒稳定性的影响,结果表明加强圈的局部开孔结构造成加强圈开孔区域局部应力增大,并且随着开孔直径的增大开孔边缘的最大应力也会递增,分析表明加强圈局部开孔对筒体稳定性并未产生显著影响。The main reason for the failure of external pressure vessel is the instability of external pressure.In this paper,the ANSYS modeling finite element analysis compares the stress changes of different parts of the reinforcing ring before and after the opening of the reinforcing ring,the external pressure eigenvalue buckling analysis and nonlinear buckling analysis of the external pressure cylindrical shell,and the comparative analysis results show the influence of the reinforcing ring opening structure on the stress distribution of the reinforcing ring and the stability of the cylinder.Moreover,with the increase of the diameter of the opening,the maximum stress of the opening edge also increases,and the analysis show that the local opening of the reinforcing ring has no significant effect on the stability of the cylinder.
