摘  要:在气田的开发过程中,伴有大量的天然气凝液,凝析油稳定装置是处理天然气凝液的必要装置。在分析青海东坪气区凝析油性质的基础上,介绍了东坪气区集气站凝析油处理工艺,并通过HYSYS对工艺流程进行了模拟。在此基础上对关键设备的选型及主要参数进行了优化,并采用KG-Tower软件对凝析油稳定塔进行优化设计,从而提高处理效率,降低能耗、节约设备投资成本,并确保装置的安全可靠。In the process of gas field development,there is much condensate oil and the condensate stabilization unit is necessary for the treatment of natural gas condensate.On the analysis of the characteristic of Qinghai Dongping gas field the condensate oil treatment process are introduced.The main equipment type selection and key parameters were optimized through HYSYS simulation.The software KG-tower was used for the condensate stabilization tower optimization design,so as to improve the processing efficiency,reducing energy consumption,saving investment cost,ensuring the safety and reliability of the devices.
