摘 要:针对某纺织厂生产过程中产生的难降解纺织废水,采用A_(2)O生物过程协同混凝工艺对纺织印染废水进行处理,处理水量为3000 m^(3)/d,系统连续运行60 d,考察出水水质情况。工程实践结果表明,该组合工艺可以高效稳定处理纺织废水,系统出水COD≤50.0 mg/L,去除率达到90%,氨氮稳定在3.0 mg/L,出水TP在1.0 mg/L以下。Regarding the difficult to degrade textile wastewater generated during the production process of a certain textile factory,the textile wastewater was treated using a combination process of"hydrolysis acidification-anoxic/aerobic(A_(2)/O)-coagulation",with a treatment capacity of 3000 m^(3)/d.The system was continuously operated for 60 d to investigate the water quality of the effluent.The engineering results show that this combined process can stably treat textile wastewater,with COD Cr≤50.0 mg/L in the effluent of the system,a removal rate of 90%,stable ammonia nitrogen at 3.0 mg/L in the effluent,and TP below 1.0 mg/L in the effluent.
