健脾生血颗粒联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾生血颗粒联合琥珀酸亚铁治疗妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者的效果。方法:选取2023年1—12月宝鸡市金台医院收治的128例妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=64)和观察组(n=64)。对照组给予琥珀酸亚铁治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予健脾生血颗粒治疗。比较两组临床疗效,用药前后血生化与铁代谢指标,妊娠结局及不良反应。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,两组红细胞计数(RBC)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)、血细胞比容(HCT)、血红蛋白(Hb)水平均升高,观察组RBC、MCHC、HCT、Hb水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药后,两组铁蛋白(SF)、转铁蛋白(TRF)、铁浓度(SI)、铁调素(HEPC)水平均升高,观察组SF、TRF、SI、HEPC水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组早产、剖宫产、产褥感染、产后出血、低体重儿、新生儿窒息发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者应用琥珀酸亚铁治疗同时加服健脾生血颗粒,能够有效调节铁代谢,改善血生化指标,减少不良妊娠结局,临床效果确切,并且用药安全。Objective:To observe the effect of Jianpi Shengxue Granules combined with Ferrous Succinate in the treatment of patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy.Method:A total of 128 patients with iron deficiency anemia during pregnancy treated in Jintai Hospital in Baoji City from January to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into control group(n=64)and observation group(n=64)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Ferrous Succinate,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Shengxue Granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood biochemical and iron metabolism indexes before and after medication,pregnancy outcome and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,red blood cell count(RBC),mean red blood cell hemoglobin concentration(MCHC),hematocrit(HCT)and hemoglobin(Hb)levels in both groups were increased,and RBC,MCHC,HCT and Hb levels in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of ferritin(SF),transferrin(TRF),iron concentration(SI)and iron regulating hormone(HEPC)in both groups were increased,and the levels of SF,TRF,SI and HEPC in observation group were higher than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidences of preterm birth,cesarean section,puerperal infection,postpartum hemorrhage,low birth weight infants and neonatal asphyxia in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of Ferrous Succinate combined with Jianpi Shengxue Granules in the treatment of iron-deficiency anemia in pregnancy can effectively
