摘 要:目的:探讨浮针配合体外冲击波治疗膝关节粘连的效果。方法:纳入2022年3月—2023年9月中国人民解放军陆军第八十三集团军医院康复医学科收治的56例膝关节粘连患者,按照就诊顺序分为对照组(28例,训练治疗)和研究组(28例,在对照组处理基础上进行浮针和体外冲击波联合治疗)。对比两组患者治疗前后屈曲角度、伸直受限程度、膝关节功能和疼痛情况。结果:56例患者平均随访(6.06±1.16)个月,没有脱落病例。治疗后,与对照组相比,研究组患者伸直受限角度较小,屈曲角度较大,膝关节Lysholm评分较高,视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在持续进行关节被动活动锻炼的基础上,联合浮针和体外冲击波治疗能显著提高膝关节粘连患者膝关节活动程度、缓解疼痛并改善膝关节功能。Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of floating needle combined with extracorporeal shock wave in the treatment of knee joint adhesion.Method:Fifty-six patients with knee joint adhesion admitted to the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of the 83rd Group Military Hospital of the People's Liberation Army of China from March 2022 to September 2023 were included.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into the control group(28 cases,training treatment)and the study group(28 cases,combined floating needle and extracorporeal shock wave treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group).The flexion angle,elongation limitation,knee function and pain were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The 56 patients were followed up for an average of(6.06±1.16)months,and there was no shedding case.After treatment,compared with the control group,the patients in the study group had smaller extension limitation degree,larger flexion angle,higher Lysholm score of knee joint,and lower visual analogue scale(VAS)score,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of continuous passive joint exercise,the combination of floating needle and extracorporeal shock wave therapy could significantly increase the knee joint activity degree,relieve pain,thereby improve knee function.
