孟鲁司特钠联合奥洛他定治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨孟鲁司特钠联合奥洛他定治疗慢性荨麻疹患者的效果。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年12月永春县中医院皮肤科收治的80例慢性荨麻疹患者。根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各40例。对照组给予奥洛他定治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予孟鲁司特钠治疗。比较两组临床疗效,治疗前后免疫功能指标、炎症因子及复发情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)均升高,CD8^(+)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)均降低,观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)均高于对照组,CD8^(+)、IgE均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-33(IL-33)均降低,γ干扰素(IFN-γ)升高,观察组IL-4、IL-10、IL-33水平均低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对慢性荨麻疹患者,在奥洛他定药物治疗基础上,联用孟鲁司特钠,可显著提升临床总有效率,促使机体免疫功能得以增强,并可促使血清炎症因子水平降低,降低复发率。Objective:To explore the efficacy of Montelukast Sodium combined with Olopatadine in the treatment of chronic urticaria.Method:A total of 80 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to the Dermatology Department of Yongchun County Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2021 to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olopatadine and the observation group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,immune function indexes,inflammatory factors before and after treatment and recurrence condition were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).^(+)^(+)^(+)After treatment,CD3 and CD4 were increased in both groups,while CD8^(+)^(+)and immunoglobulin E(IgE)were decreased in both groups,CD3 and CD4 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,^(+)while CD8 and IgE were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-33(IL-33)were decreased in both groups,while the levels ofγ-interferon(IFN-γ)were increased,the levels of IL-4,IL-10 and IL-33 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IFN-γwere higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic urticaria,on the basis of Olopatadine drug treatment,combined with Montelukast Sodium,the total clinical effective rate can be significantly improved,the immune function of the body can be enhanced,and the serum inflamm
