苯磺酸氨氯地平片结合补肾活血汤对高血压肾病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析苯磺酸氨氯地平片结合补肾活血汤对高血压肾病患者的影响。方法:选取2021年10月—2023年3月九江市中医医院收治的80例高血压肾病患者,根据患者就诊号单双数分组,将单数患者纳入参照组,将双数患者纳入研究组,各40例。参照组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,研究组在此基础上加用补肾活血汤治疗。对比两组治疗前后的血压水平、肾功能指标和中医症候积分。结果:治疗后,研究组舒张压、收缩压低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血尿素氮、肌酐、24 h尿微量白蛋白水平均低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。治疗后,研究组中医症候积分低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:苯磺酸氨氯地平片联合补肾活血汤治疗高血压肾病可有效调节血压水平,改善肾功能损害,缓解临床症状。Objective:To explore the effect of Amlodipine Besylate Tablets combined with Bushen Huoxue Decoction on hypertensive nephropathy patients.Method:A total of 80 patients with hypertensive nephropathy admitted to Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected.According to the odd-even number of patients,the singular patients were included in the reference group,and the even-number patients were included in the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The reference group was given Amlodipine Besylate Tablets,and the study group added Bushen Huoxue Decoction on this basis.Blood pressure levels,renal function indicators and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores before and after treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of blood urea nitrogen,creatinine and 24 h urinary microalbumin in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).After treatment,the scores of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms in the study group were lower than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The combination of Amlodipine Besylate Tablets and Bushen Huoxue Decoction can effectively regulate blood pressure levels,improve renal function damage,and alleviate clinical symptoms in the treatment of hypertensive nephropathy.
