五行音乐疗法联合时辰穴位贴敷治疗肝阳上亢证原发性高血压患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:分析五行音乐疗法联合时辰穴位贴敷治疗肝阳上亢证原发性高血压患者的效果。方法:选取2023年3月—2024年3月启东市中医院收治的80例肝阳上亢证原发性高血压患者。根据随机数表法将其分为对照组及观察组,各40例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用五行音乐疗法联合时辰穴位贴敷。比较两组治疗前后血压、中医症候积分、心理状态、生活质量。结果:治疗后,两组舒张压(DBP)和收缩压(SBP)均降低,观察组SBP、DBP均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组眩晕、头痛、面部烘热、烦躁易怒、耳鸣、失眠评分均降低,观察组眩晕、头痛、面部烘热、烦躁易怒、耳鸣及失眠评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均降低,观察组HAMA评分、HAMD评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组精神健康、社会功能、情感职能、躯体功能、活力、身体疼痛、生理职能及总体健康评分均升高,观察组精神健康、社会功能、情感职能、躯体功能、活力、身体疼痛、生理职能及总体健康评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五行音乐疗法联合时辰穴位贴敷可有效降低肝阳上亢证原发性高血压患者的血压,提升生活质量。Objective:To analyze the effect of five elements music therapy combined with time acupoint application on essential hypertension patients with liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome.Method:A total of 80 patients with essential hypertension with liver-Yang hyperactivity syndrome treated in Qidong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2023 to March 2024 were selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received five elements music therapy combined with time acupoint application on the basis of the control group.Blood pressure,Chinese medicine symptom score,psychological symptoms and quality of life before and after treatment were compared.Result:After treatment,diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and systolic blood pressure(SBP)in both groups were decreased,and SBP and DBP in observation group were lower than those in control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of vertigo and headache,facial hot,impatience and irritability,tinnitus and insomnia in both groups were reduced,and the scores of vertigo and headache,facial hot,impatience and irritability,tinnitus and insomnia in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score of the two groups was decreased,and the HAMA and HAHD score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,mental health,social function,emotional function,physical function,vitality,physical pain,physiological function and overall health scores of both groups were increased,and mental health,social function,emotional function,physical function,vitality,physical pain,physiological function and overall health scores of the observation group
