摘 要:本研究以钛白粉生产中浓废酸和七水硫酸亚铁为原料,采用催化氧化法制备聚合硫酸铁(PFS)絮凝剂。通过系统实验研究,考察了物料比、反应温度、催化剂NaNO_(2)和氧化剂O_(2)加量因素对PFS性能的影响。结果表明:在物料比n(SO_(4)^(2-))/n(Fe)为1.20、反应温度65℃、NaNO_(2)加量0.4%、O_(2)加量0.7%最佳工艺条件下,PFS产品具有优良的絮凝性能和稳定性。该工艺方案实现了废酸和硫酸亚铁的资源化利用,降低了环境污染,为PFS工业化生产提供了技术支持。In this study,concentrated waste acid and ferrous sulfate heptahydrate from titanium dioxide production were used as raw materials to prepare polymeric ferric sulfate(PFS)flocculant by catalytic oxidation method.Through systematic experimental research,the effects of material ratio,reaction temperature,catalyst NaNO_(2),and oxidant O_(2)dosage on PFS performance were investigated.The results showed that under the optimal process conditions of a material ratio of n(SO_(4)^(2-))/n(Fe)of 1.20,a reaction temperature of 65℃,a NaNO_(2)addition of 0.4%,and an O_(2)addition of 0.7%,the PFS product exhibited excellent flocculation performance and stability.This process scheme realizes the resource utilization of waste acid and ferrous sulfate,reduces environmental pollution,and provides technical support for the industrial production of PFS.
