摘　　要：目的:建立伤痛宁膏中盐酸小檗碱含量检测方法,并对分析方法验证。方法:GL Sciences Inert Sustain C18 4.6×250 mm×5μm色谱柱;以乙腈-0.2%十二烷基磺酸钠的0.1%磷酸溶液(体积比45∶55)为流动相,流速1.5 m L/min,柱温30℃,检测波长为265 nm。结果:得到线性方程为A=440.337 0ρ-0.826 3(r=0.999 6),线性关系良好,各组回收率在90.80~106.50%之间,各组回收率间RSD≤3.0%。结论:拟定方法可用于伤痛宁膏胶浆及药片中盐酸小檗碱含量测定。Objective:To establish a method for detecting the content of berberine hydrochloride in Shangtongning ointment and verify the analytical method.Method:GL Sciences InertSustain C184.6×250 mm×5μm chromatography column(manufacturer's article number:5020-07346).Using a 0.1%phosphoric acid solution(45:55)of acetonitrile 0.2%sodium dodecyl sulfonate as the mobile phase.Flow rate of 1.5 mL/min.Column temperature of 30℃.The detection wavelength is 265 nm.Result:A linear equation was obtained:A=440.3370ρ-0.8263(r=0.9996),with a good linear relationship.The recovery rates of each group ranged from 90.80%to 106.50%,and the RSD between the recovery rates of each group was≤3.0%.Conclusion:The proposed method can be used for the determination of berberine hydrochloride content in Shangtongning ointment,syrup,and tablets.
