摘 要:针对重介质设备选煤过程中智能化程度低、控制难度高等问题,提出了重介质设备和跳汰机选煤过程的最优控制:分离密度(基本灰分)定义为一半为精煤,一半为尾矿的进料份数的密度,增量灰分(在产量增加无限小的过程中回收的基本质量的材料的密度)可以用于重介质设备和跳汰机的实时控制;跳汰机中的自分离过程可以通过灰分含量与分离层密度之间的相关性来确定物料分离层中的灰分含量的增量灰分。采用辐射密度计用于跳汰选煤机中分离层密度的在线监测和重介质密度的实时监测,提高选煤生产工艺的控制效果,提高精煤产量。To address the problems of low intelligence and high control difficulty in the coal separation process of heavy media equipment,optimal control of the coal separation process in heavy media equipment and jigger is proposed:separation density(basic ash content)is defined as the density of the feed fraction with half of the coal concentrate and half of the tailings,and incremental ash content(density of the basic mass of material recovered in a process with infinitely small production increase)can be used in heavy media equipment and real-time control of the jigger.The self-separation process in the jigger can be used to determine the incremental ash content of the ash content in the material separation layer by correlating the ash content with the density of the separation layer.The radiation densitometer is used for online monitoring of separation layer density and real-time monitoring of heavy media density in the jigger separator to improve the control effect of coal beneficiation production process and increase the production of fine coal.
