摘  要:在酸气净化过程中,为充分发挥超重力技术的应用效果,本文通过酸气净化工艺路线、生产运行情况、设备运行周期以及酸气杂质捕集量分析等方式,分析了酸气净化中的超重力技术应用及其优化;提出酸气净化中超重力技术工艺指标控制与优化、酸气沉渣量排放优化及其设备运行周期优化等措施。研究结果表明,将超重力技术合理引入酸气净化工艺中,可对其工艺流程、设备、技术等做出合理优化,从而进一步提升酸气中的杂质捕集量,改善酸气管道积液情况。In the process of acid gas purification,in order to fully utilize the application effect of supergravity technology,this article analyzes the application and optimization of supergravity technology in acid gas purification through the process route,production operation,equipment operation cycle,and analysis of acid gas impurity capture.Propose measures for controlling and optimizing the process indicators of supergravity technology in acid gas purification,optimizing the discharge of acid gas sediment,and optimizing the equipment operating cycle.The research results indicate that the reasonable introduction of supergravity technology into the acid gas purification process can optimize its process flow,equipment,technology,etc.,thereby further improving the impurity capture capacity in the acid gas and improving the liquid accumulation situation in the acid gas pipeline.
