摘 要:广东某污水处理厂日处理污水10万t,2021年8月开始使用智能除磷加药系统开展节能降耗控制,以期降低直接生产运行成本。智能系统投产后两年多的运行数据与投产前的运行数据显示,出水总磷(TP)质量浓度100%达到一级A排放标准,即出水TP质量浓度小于0.5 mg/L,系统运行稳定;自系统投入生产以来,除磷药剂减少33%以上,节省费用已回收系统建设成本;系统建成使用后,出水COD和氨氮数据波动幅度由原来最大20%和26%降低至14.8%和18.5%,表明智能除磷加药系统不仅可以节约药剂投加量,同时对保证出水稳定具有重要意义。A sewage treatment plant in Guangdong,which treats 100,000 tons of sewage per day,began using an intelligent phosphorus removal and dosing system in August 2021.The operation data of more than two years show that 100%of the total phosphorus in the effluent reaches the first-class A discharge standard,that is,the effluent TP concentration is less than 0.5 mg/L,and the system runs stably.Since the system was put into production,the phosphorus removal agent has been reduced by more than 33%,saving the cost and recovering the system construction cost.After the system was built and put into use,the fluctuation range of COD and ammonia nitrogen data in the effluent decreased from the original maximum of 20%and 26%to 14.8%and 18.5%,indicating that the intelligent phosphorus removal and dosing system can not only save the amount of chemicals added,but also play an important role in ensuring the stability of the effluent.
