摘 要:某煤矿采用进路式充填采矿法存在平均生产能力低下、矿石尾砂贫化率高、调节采充循环技术难度高、传统支护方式难以满足现有要求等问题,为此提出了一种利用锚杆和钢管混凝土支柱联合的支护方式的分层充填法侧向爆破开采工艺。经过现场试验的结果表明,通过利用侧向爆破工艺回采效率是进路法的1.91倍,试验采场平均天生产能力提升至95 t,还能够降低尾砂贫化率,提高了经济效益。A certain coal mine adopts the approach filling mining method,which has problems such as low average production capacity,high ore tailings impoverishment rate,high difficulty in adjusting the mining filling cycle technology,and traditional support methods that cannot meet existing requirements.Therefore,a layered filling method lateral blasting mining process using a combination of anchor rods and steel tube concrete pillars is proposed.The results of on-site tests show that the recovery efficiency of the lateral blasting process is 1.91 times that of the excavation method,and the average daily production capacity of the test mining site is increased to 95 tons.It can also reduce the tailings impoverishment rate and improve economic benefits.
