摘 要:分析主、副进风巷配风量进行计算过程,发现采空区漏风率及瓦斯涌出率的变大时,应适当增大主进风巷即运输巷进风量。同时,进行综采面Y型通风系统结构布置,选用分源抽放工艺对该高瓦斯矿井进行瓦斯综合治理。从各区域瓦斯浓度监测数据可以看出,Y型通风方式可以强化高瓦斯煤层中的瓦斯抽采作用,杜绝了隅角瓦斯超限现象。Analyzing the calculation process of the air distribution in the main and auxiliary air intake tunnels,it is found that when the air leakage rate and gas emission rate in the goaf increase,the air intake in the main air intake tunnel,namely the transport tunnel,should be appropriately increased.At the same time,the Y-shaped ventilation system structure of the fully mechanized mining face is arranged,and the gas comprehensive treatment of the high gas mine is carried out by selecting the source separation and drainage technology.From the monitoring data of gas concentration in various regions,it can be seen that the Y-shaped ventilation method can enhance the gas extraction effect in high gas coal seams and eliminate the phenomenon of corner gas exceeding the limit.
