摘  要:根据高压电缆运行环境,采用超净聚丙烯、超光滑半导电聚丙烯分别作为绝缘层、屏蔽层,研发了220 kV聚丙烯绝缘电力电缆,并验证了其替代交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆的可能性。采用平滑式铝合金金属套设计与双焊枪焊接工艺,有效地避免了传统皱纹铝套因波谷点接触所导致的质量问题。实测结果表明:220 kV聚丙烯绝缘电缆能满足电力系统的运行环境需求,电缆长期工作温度由90℃提升到105℃,土壤直埋敷设时的传输能力最高可提升11.3%,空气中敷设时的传输能力最高可提升12.6%。According to the operating environment of ultra-high voltage cable,non-crosslinked 220kV polypropylene insulated cable was developed with ultra-clean polypropylene and ultra-smooth semi-conductive polypropylene as insulation layer and shielding layer respectively,and the possibility of replacing cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable was verified.Using smooth aluminum alloy-metal sleeve design and double welding torch welding process,effectively avoid the traditional wrinkle aluminum sleeve quality problems caused by the trough point contact.Through the measured test:220kV polypropylene insulated cable can meet the operating environment demand of the power system,the long-term working temperature of the cable is increased from 90℃to 105℃,so that the transmission capacity of the cable in the soil is directly buried by about 9.9%,and the transmission capacity of the cable in the air is increased by about 11.9%..
