摘　　要：检察业务数据就是检察业务资源,对检察业务数据的合理、有效运用不仅是发挥数字案管的重要体现,也是实现检察业务现代化的重要抓手。文章以业务数据资源化在检察决策、案件管理、法律监督中的重要意义为切入点,探寻业务数据资源化在司法实践中面临的现实困境,并从系统固有“瑕疵”和人才队伍缺失两方面,初步探索业务数据资源化的优化路径。Prosecution affairs data is the resources of prosecution affairs.The reasonable and effective use of prosecution affairs data is not only an important manifestation of digital case management,but also an important lever for realizing the modernization of prosecution affairs.This paper takes the significance of prosecution affairs data resource utilization in prosecutorial decision-making,case management,and legal supervision as the starting point,explores the practical difficulties faced by prosecution affairs data resource utilization in judicial practice,and preliminarily explores the optimization path of prosecution affairs data resource utilization from two aspects:inherent flaws in the system and the lack of talent team.
