摘　　要：习近平总书记在全面深化改革的伟大进程中形成的新思想新观点新论断有着学理渊源、历史依据和时代考量,其中的方法论体系蕴含原创性贡献:强化并完善党的领导,保障全面深化改革取得成效;走中国特色社会主义道路,确保改革沿正确方向前进;以人民为中心,改革过程尊重人民主体地位与首创精神;坚持守正创新,改革中扎实推进中国式现代化建设;突出问题导向,通过改革破除制约性体制机制难题;运用科学方法和系统观念,正确处理改革关涉要素;重视法治思维和法治方式,沿着法治轨道推进改革;解放思想,以“四个创新”扎实推动改革演进发展;以党的自我革命引领伟大社会革命,抓好改革落地落实;走和平发展道路,统筹推进深层次改革与高水平开放。系列原创性贡献为新时代新征程进一步全面深化改革、破解大党独有难题提供重要的思想指导和方法指南。在经济社会发展过程中,习近平全面深化改革新思想新观点新论断展现出独特的价值意蕴,其牢固树立并发展马克思主义改革观、赋能社会主义改革举措谱写新篇章、为全球治理体系变革提供中国智慧。The new ideas,viewpoints and conclusions formed by General Secretary Xi Jinping in the great process of comprehensively deepening reform have their academic origins,historical basis and contemporary considerations.The methodological system contains original contributions:strengthening and improving the leadership of the Party to ensure the effectiveness of comprehensively deepening reform;following the path of socialism with Chinese characteristics to ensure that reform moves in the right direction;taking the people as the center and respecting pioneering spirit in the reform process;solidly promoting Chinese-style modernization by adhering to the principle of correctness and innovation;highlighting the problem-oriented approach,and eliminating constraining institutional problems through reform;applying scientific methods and systematic concepts to deal with the elements involved in the reform;attaching importance to the rule of law thinking and methods and promote the reform along the track of the rule of law;emancipating the mind and promoting the reform with“four innovations.”The Party’s self-revolution will lead to a great social revolution and the implementation of reforms,and it will follow the path of peaceful development,integrating in-depth reforms with high-level opening-up.The series of original contributions provide important ideological guidance and methodological guidelines for the new era and new journey to deepen reform in a comprehensive manner further and crack the unique problems of the Great Party.In the process of economic and social development,Xi’s new ideas and assertions on comprehensively deepening reform have demonstrated unique value implications,firmly establishing and developing the Marxist concept of reform,empowering socialist reform initiatives to write a new chapter,and providing Chinese wisdom for the change of the global governance system.
