摘  要:分子生物学实验教学对学生实践能力与创新思维的培养至关重要。文章旨在探讨如何对实验教学体系进行深度改革,以提升教学效果和学生的学习体验。首先,根据课程目标,构建递进式实验教学体系,设置基本技能实验项目、综合性实验项目、设计性实验项目、虚拟仿真实验项目。随后,提出灵活运用多元教学方法促进教学效果的提高,主要包括在传统教学法的基础上,在教学中融入翻转课堂、PBL以及依托思维导图工具穿插归纳式教学法。文章进一步探讨了开设第二课堂拓展实验教学的空间和时间。最后,提出了优化实验课程的评价体系,确保评价标准能够全面反映学生的实践能力、创新思维及综合素质。该研究旨在为分子生物学实验课程的教学改革提供新的思路和方法,促进实验教学与理论教学的深度融合,提升分子生物学人才培养的质量和效果。Experimental teaching is of vital importance to the cultivation of students’practical abilities and innovative thinking.This paper explores the deep reform in the experimental teaching system to enhance the teaching effect and students’learning experience.Firstly,according to the course objectives,the authors constructed a progressive experimental teaching system,including modules of basic skills experiments,comprehensive experiments,design experiments,and virtual simulation experiments.To improve the teaching effect,teachers adopted diversified teaching methods of flipped classroom,PBL,mind mapping,inductive method,as well as the traditional teaching method.The new teaching model of Second Classroom was also implemented to expand the space and time of experimental teaching.Finally,the authors optimized the evaluation system to assess the students’practical abilities,innovative thinking,and comprehensive quality objectively.This study aims to promote the deep integration of experimental teaching and theoretical teaching,enhance the quality of talent cultivation,and provide new ideas and methods for the reform in the experimental teaching of molecular biology.
