摘  要:直面传统育人模式面临的困境,西安交通大学基础医学院和宗濂∕启德书院充分沟通,针对基础医学专业本科生,全程采用“学院+书院”双院融合培养模式,分别从完善工作机制、组织交流活动和拓展育人空间三方面切实落实双院融合。经过多年探索与实践,取得了良好的效果。学生综合素质、教师教学本领和教学管理效度均得到明显提升。文章总结七年多来西安交通大学在双院融合育人方面的探索与实践,以期为提升基础医学拔尖创新人才培养质量及建构符合专业特色的、以综合素质提升为目标的培养新模式提供借鉴。In view of the plight of the traditional education model,the School of Basic Medical Sciences explored a new cultivation model integrating with an Academy in past seven years.The School of Basic Medical Sciences cooperates with Zonglian College and Qide College(two Academies of classical learning in the same university)respectively for joint cultivation of the undergraduates of basic medical science,the cooperation has been implemented in the terms of perfecting the working mechanism,organizing exchange activities,and expanding the education space.After years of exploration and practice,good results have been achieved;the students’comprehensive quality,teachers’teaching skills,and teaching management have been significantly improved.The research aims to improve the quality of top-notch innovative talents of basic medical sciences and construct a new talent cultivation model,which conforms to prof essional characteristics and can improve comprehensive quality of undergraduates,providing reference for similar programs.
