摘 要:目的:探讨氨甲环酸(TXA)用于前交叉韧带重建术(ACLR)的效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月在四川省科学城医院行ACLR的60例患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。观察组术中术后静滴TXA,对照组术中术后静滴生理盐水,随访1个月。对比两组围手术期失血量、术后引流量、下地行走时间、住院时间、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、膝关节功能(Lysholm)评分和术后并发症发生情况。结果:观察组住院时间、围手术期失血量、下地行走时间以及术后引流量少于对照组,术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后3 d、术后1个月的VAS评分低于对照组,术后1个月Lysholm评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TXA应用于ACLR中能够显著减少患者围手术期失血量,降低术后并发症发生率,加快患者术后康复进程。Objective:To investigate the effect of tranexamic acid (TXA) on anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR).Method:A total of 60 patients receiving ACLR in Sichuan Science City Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The observation group was intravenously dripped with TXA during and after operation,and the control group was intravenously dripped with normal saline during and after operation.The patients were followed up for 1 month.The perioperative blood loss,postoperative drainage volume,ambulation time,hospitalization time,visual analogue scale (VAS),Lysholm score and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The hospitalization time,perioperative blood loss,ambulation time and postoperative drainage volume of the observation group were less,and the incidence of postoperative complications was lower comparing with the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3 days and 1 month after operation,the VAS score of observation group was lower,and the Lysholm score 1 month after operation was higher,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TXA in ACLR can significantly reduce the perioperative blood loss,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,and accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation process.
