穴位雷火灸联合耳穴压豆在胃食管反流病患者中的护理效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨穴位雷火灸联合耳穴压豆在胃食管反流病(GERD)患者中的护理效果。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年1月于淮安市中医院接受治疗的334例GERD患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,各167例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上加用穴位雷火灸和耳穴压豆治疗,两组持续干预4周。比较两组中医症候积分、生活质量、自我效能及消化道症状。结果:观察组干预后反酸嗳气、胸脘嘈热、性急善郁和口干口苦评分,胃食管反流病生活质量量表(GERD-HRQL)评分、症状严重程度、症状发生频率评分及消化道症状总评分低于对照组,病症管理、压力与情绪管理、缓解期维持管理、医疗护理管理评分及炎症性肠病自我效能量表(IBD-SES)评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位雷火灸联合耳穴压豆可改善GERD患者中医症候、生活质量、自我效能及消化道症状。Objective:To explore the nursing effect of acupoint thunder fire moxibustion combined with ear pressing bean in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).Method:A total of 334 patients with GERD who treated in Huai' an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method,with 167 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given acupoint thunder fire moxibustion combined with ear pressing bean on the basis of routine nursing.Two groups were continuously intervened for 4 weeks.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,quality of life,self-efficacy and gastrointestinal symptoms were compared between two groups.Result:The scores of acid regurgitation and belching,chest clammy fever,dysphoria and depression,dry mouth and bitter taste,gastroesophageal reflux disease quality of life scale (GERD-HRQL) score,symptom severity,symptom frequency score and gastrointestinal symptom total score in the observation group after intervention were lower than those in the control group,and the scores of disease management,stress and emotion management,remission maintenance management,medical care management and inflammatory bowel disease self-efficacy scale (IBD-SES) were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint thunder fire moxibustion combined with ear pressing bean can improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,quality of life,self-efficacy and gastrointestinal symptoms of GERD patients.
