石油化工工程安全生产费的计量和确认存在的问题分析

摘　　要：文章主要叙述了石油化工行业工程建设过程中关于安全生产费使用、计量、确认的现状以及实施过程中存在的一些问题,并结合工作实践经验,就解决这些问题提出一些思考。文章重点阐述了安全生产费在施工过程中范围界定的不确定性和难点、安全措施投入的规范标准以及进一步规范安全生产费的界线范围、计量和计价规范和标准等。This paper mainly describes the current situation of the use,measurement and confirmation of safety production fees in the engineering construction process of the petrochemical industry,as well as some problems that exist in the implementation process.Based on the work experience,some thoughts are given to solve these problems.The paper focuses on the uncertainty and difficulties in defining the scope of safety production fees during the construction process,the standard of safety measures input,and the further standardization of the boundary range of safety production fees,measurement and pricing norms and standards.
