摘 要:浙江某石化企业海水淡化工程污泥水原拟经脱水处理后,上清液排海,污泥作一般工业固废处置,现取消该脱水工序,污泥水同其他冷却水、脱盐水等一并直接排海。文章将以此情景为例,采用二维潮流数学模型分析污泥水直接排海对周边海域水质的影响,结果表明,污泥水直接排海后SS增量可控制在20 mg/L以内,且均在排水口混合区范围内,不会出现超标现象,同时对周边海域的生态、沉积物等环境影响不大。污泥水采用直接排海的处理方式在满足环境可行性的同时,可利用海洋的稀释能力,简化固废处置流程,减少陆域的处理成本,从而促进海水淡化产业的可持续发展。A petrochemical enterprise in Zhejiang originally planned to treat the sludge water from its seawater desalination project by dewatering,with the supernatant discharged into the sea and the sludge managed as general industrial solid waste.The dewatering process has now been canceled,and the sludge water is now being directly discharged into the sea along with other cooling water,demineralized water,etc.This paper will use this scenario as an example to analyze the impact of the direct discharge of sludge water into the sea on the water quality of the surrounding sea area using a two-dimensional tidal current mathematical model.The results indicate that the increase in suspended solids(SS)after the direct discharge of sludge water can be controlled within 20 mg/L,and all are within the mixing zone of the discharge outlet,without any exceedance of standards.At the same time,the environmental impact on the surrounding sea area’s ecology and sediment is not significant.The treatment method of directly discharging sludge water into the sea,while meeting environmental feasibility,can utilize the dilution capacity of the ocean,simplify the solid waste disposal process,reduce the cost of land-based treatment,and thus promote the sustainable development of the seawater desalination industry.
