摘  要:中国作为全球最大的煤炭生产国,面临着高瓦斯、低渗透性煤层开采带来的挑战。文章针对这类煤层的特点,提出了一套矿井瓦斯抽采技术优化方案,并对其经济效益进行了评估。通过对华北某高瓦斯矿井的案例研究,采用无级变频调速泵站、优化钻孔参数及抽采工艺等技术手段,实现了瓦斯抽采效率的显著提升。研究结果显示,通过优化钻孔直径、间距、抽采负压及时间等关键参数,可以大幅度提高瓦斯抽采量和经济效益。As the world’s largest coal producers,China faces challenges in mining coal seams with high gas content and low permeability.This paper proposes an optimized underground mine gas extraction technology scheme tailored to these coal seam characteristics and evaluates its economic benefits.Through a case study of a high-gas mine in North China,the implementation of technologies such as variable frequency drive(VFD)pump stations,optimized drilling parameters and extraction processes,significantly enhanced gas drainage efficiency.The results show that by optimizing key parameters such as drill hole diameter,spacing,as well as extraction negative pressure and duration,the volume of gas extraction and economic returns can be substantially increased.
