摘  要:文章针对1,4-丁二醇(BDO)合成过程中Cu基催化剂失活严重的问题,开展了催化剂失活机理分析和再生工艺优化研究。通过考察焙烧温度、时间以及还原条件等因素的影响,获得了最佳催化剂再生工艺参数。再生催化剂的活性和选择性可恢复至新鲜催化剂的97%以上,且经SiO_(2)包覆改性后稳定性进一步提高。再生催化剂可大幅节省制备成本,减少废弃催化剂排放,具有良好的工业应用前景。This paper addresses the issue of severe deactivation of Cu-based catalysts in the synthesis process of 1,4-Butanediol(BDO),conducting research on the deactivation mechanism analysis and regeneration process optimization of the catalysts.By investigating the effects of factors such as calcination temperature,time and reduction conditions,optimal regeneration process parameters for the catalyst were obtained.The activity and selectivity of the regenerated catalyst can be restored to over 97%of that of fresh catalyst,with further enhanced stability after modification by SiO_(2) encapsulation.The use of regenerated catalysts can significantly reduce preparation costs,decrease the discharge of spent catalysts,and has promising industrial application prospects.
