摘　　要：高压煤浆泵是水煤浆气化工艺的核心组成部分,其稳定性直接关系气化系统的效率和安全。高压煤浆泵通过曲轴带动活塞往复运动,借助传动液挤压隔膜将水煤浆输送到烧嘴中,煤浆的黏度及其在系统中的流动稳定对泵的性能提出高标准要求。泵的检修质量也是保证其稳定运行的关键因素之一,涉及曲轴、轴承、十字头、单向阀、双层隔膜及油箱等多个关键部件的维护和更换。文章分析高压煤浆泵在水煤浆气化系统中的运行稳定性及其对整个气化过程的影响,详细讨论泵的主要部件在常规检修过程中的具体操作和技术要求,指出检修质量对泵运行稳定性的重要性,并提出了相关的优化建议。High pressure coal slurry pump is the core component of coal water slurry gasification process,and its stability is directly related to the efficiency and safety of the gasification system.The high pressure coal slurry pump drives the piston reciprocating movement through the crankshaft,and delivers the coal water slurry to the burner with the transmission liquid extrusion diaphragm.The viscosity of the coal slurry and its flow stability in the system put forward high standard requirements for the performance of the pump.The maintenance quality of the pump is also one of the key factors to ensure its stable operation,which involves the maintenance and replacement of many key components such as crankshaft,bearing,crosshead,check valve,double diaphragm and oil tank.In this paper,the operation stability of high pressure coal slurry slurry pump in the coal water slurry gasification system and its influence on the whole gasification process are analyzed,the specific operation and technical requirements of the main components of the pump in the routine maintenance process are discussed in detail,pointing out the importance of maintenance quality to the operation stability of the pump,and the relevant optimization suggestions are put forward.
