发展体育用品制造业新质生产力的理论审视与实践路径

摘　　要：发展新质生产力是推动体育用品制造业融入“制造强国”建设大局的重要创新路径。运用文献资料法、实地调研法等研究方法,探究体育用品制造业新质生产力的理论内涵和应用体系,并提出实践中的发展难点和举措。研究认为,体育用品制造业新质生产力的形成源自制造领域多种新兴技术的革命性突破,以及数据要素的创新性配置,促成高端化、智能化、绿色化、融合化的产业深度转型,具有降低生产成本、打造服务型制造、提升国际竞争力的重要价值。在应用层面,发展体育用品制造业新质生产力,需要人因科学、材料科学、数据科学、环境科学、管理科学等知识创新,以及制度、人才、标准、基建等条件保障,并应用于产业研发设计、生产制造、营销服务等关键环节。针对在政策制定、创新深度、科技投入、人才供给、成果落地、数据利用等方面的难点,从完善政策法规体系、加大科技创新投入、加强专业人才培养、推动“政产学研用”协同创新等4个维度提出实践路径。Developing new quality productive forces is an innovative path to promote the integration of sports goods manufacturing industry into the overall construction of a“manufacturing powerhouse”.Using research methods such as literature review and field investigation,this study explores the theoretical connotation and application system of new quality productive forces in the sports goods manufacturing industry,and proposes development difficulties and measures in practice.Research suggests that the formation of new quality productive forces in the sports goods manufacturing industry stems from revolutionary breakthroughs in various emerging technologies in the manufacturing field and innovative allocation of data elements,promoting a deep transformation towards high-end,intelligent,green,and integrated industries.It has important value in reducing production costs,creating service-oriented manufacturing,and enhancing international competitiveness.At the application level,the development of new quality productive forces in the sports goods manufacturing industry requires knowledge innovation in human factors science,materials science,data science,environmental science,and management science,as well as the guarantee of institutional,talent,standard,and infrastructure conditions.It can be applied to key links such as industrial research and development design,production and manufacturing,and marketing services.At present,in response to the difficulties in policy formulation,innovation depth,technology investment,talent supply,achievement implementation,and data utilization,practical paths are proposed from four dimensions:improving the policy and regulatory system,increasing investment in scientific and technological innovation,strengthening professional talent training,and promoting collaborative innovation of“government industry university research application”.
