摘  要:目的探讨许昌市医疗机构体检的学龄前儿童营养不良情况及其相关因素。方法于2020年7月—2023年7月采用横断面调查研究及随机整群抽样方法,抽取许昌市某医院体检的2000例1~4岁儿童,进行体格发育评估与问卷调查。结果本研究中1~4岁儿童营养不良的发生率为3.45%。Logistic回归分析,每日睡眠时间≤10 h、不良饮食习惯、照顾者存在负性情绪是儿童营养不良的危险因素;辅食合理添加、母乳喂养是儿童营养不良的保护因素(P<0.05)。结论儿童发生营养不良主要与喂养方式、每日睡眠时间、辅食合理添加、不良饮食习惯、照顾者存在负性情绪等因素有关。建议加强营养方面的健康教育、膳食管理等,减少儿童营养不良的发生。Objective To investigate the malnutrition status and related factors of preschool children in Xuchang medical institutions.Methods From July 2020 to July 2023,2000 children aged 1-4 years in a hospital in Xuchang were selected for physical development assessment and questionnaire survey by cross-sectional survey and random cluster sampling.Results In this study,the incidence of malnutrition in children aged 1-4 years was 3.45%.Logistic regression analysis showed that daily sleep time≤10 hours,bad eating habits and caregivers'negative emotions were the risk factors of malnutrition in children,and the reasonable addition of complementary foods and breastfeeding were the protective factors of malnutrition in children(P<0.05).Conclusion Malnutrition in children is mainly related to feeding methods,daily sleep time,reasonable addition of complementary foods,bad eating habits,negative emotions of caregivers and other factors.It is suggested to strengthen nutrition health education and dietary management to reduce the incidence of malnutrition in children.
