摘　　要：目的分析2014-2023年云南省勐腊县水痘的发病状况和趋势,为完善水痘防控措施和疫苗接种提供依据。方法收集2014-2023年勐腊县水痘病例并进行分析。结果勐腊县2014-2023年累计报告水痘病例2034例,年平均发病率为68.99/10~5,10年间的发病率呈上升趋势。发病呈季节性变化,高峰为4-7月和11月至次年1月。发病主要集中在县城,占43.31%;发病人群中以学生为主(36.87%),发病人群主要集中在5~9岁儿童(40.02%)。结论10年间勐腊县水痘发病率总体呈上升趋势。儿童仍是水痘发病的主要人群,但年龄分布发生了变化。应继续加强水痘的监测和防控,提高水痘疫苗接种率。Objective To analyze the incidence and trend of varicella in Mengla County,Yunnan Province from 2014to 2023,and to provide the basis for improving the prevention and control measures and vaccination of varicella.Methods The varicella cases in Mengla County from 2014-2023 were analyzed descriptively.Results A total of 2034 cases of varicella were reported in Mengla County from 2014 to 2023,with an average annual incidence of 68.99/10^(5).The incidence of varicella showed an increasing trend.There was an obvious seasonal change,and the peak seasons appeared April to July and November to January of the next year.The incidence was mainly concentrated in county towns,accounting for 43.31%of the total number of cases.Most(36.87%)of the cases appeared in students.The cases mainly appeared in the children at ages of 5 to 9 years,which accounted for 40.02%of the total cases.The proportion of incidence in the children under 5 years old is showing a decreasing trend.Conclusion In the past 10years,an upward trend of the overall incidence of varicella was showed in Mengla County.The cases mainly appeared in the children,but the age distribution has changed.In the future,the monitoring and prevention and control of varicella should be continued to strengthen,and increase the rate of varicella vaccination.
