摘 要:住院医师规范化培训是医学生从业后进行医学继续教育的重要方式和途径。神经内科专业的规范化培训是住院医师进行实践培训的重要环节,对提高我国医务人员的诊治水平和医疗质量具有积极的提升作用,同样对培养负责任、高质量的医学人才具有重要的现实意义。自我国制定住院医师规范化培训制度以来,各个培训基地都在不断地改进教学方法,以引导学生成长为合格的临床医师。本文结合本基地的实际培训情况,根据《住院医师规范化培训评估指标(2023版)——神经内科专业基地》指导意见,从分层培养、师资建设、过程管理,以及人文管理等方面,分享我基地在神经内科住培基地建设过程中积累的经验,并探讨神经内科专业住院医师规范化培训中的一些常见问题及教学方法,以提升医学专业人员的培养质量。The standardized training of resident doctors is an important way and way for medical students to continue their medical education.The standardized training of neurology specialty is an important part of the practical training of residents,which plays a positive role in promoting the level of diagnosis and treatment and medical quality of our medical personnel,and has important practical significance for cultivating responsible and high-quality medical talents.Since the establishment of the standardized training system for resident doctors in China,each training base has been improving its teaching methods,aiming at guiding students to grow into qualified clinicians.Based on the actual training situation,this paper shares the accumulated experience of the base in the construction of the resident training base in the Department of Neurology from the aspects of hierarchical training,teacher construction,process management and humanistic management,according to the Assessment Indicators for Standardized Residency Training(2023 Edition):Neurology Specialty Base.This paper probes into some common problems and teaching methods of standardized training for resident physicians in neurology specialty.The aim is to improve the training quality of medical professionals.
