摘 要:【目的】技术供水系统是保障水电机组安全、经济运行的重要环节。针对技术供水系统冬季或小流量工况下冷却水供需差异所造成的水资源与能源浪费问题【方法】以某电站技术供水系统为研究对象,提出了一种泵阀优化控制方法。首先,建立符合工程实际的供水管网与变频泵数学模型。其次,在满足流量需求和压力约束的条件下,以水泵转速与阀门开度等参数为优化变量,建立小流量下泵阀联控及单调泵节能优化模型。最后,采用沙猫群优化算法(SCSO)对优化模型进行参数寻优,确定最小功耗下水泵转速及阀门开度,实现系统节能与水量的按需调配。同时根据电站实际情况对优化模型进行简化,得到单调泵优化模型。【结果】对所述节能方法进行试验,并计算优化前后供水流量与系统功耗。结果显示:相比传统调控方式,经泵阀联控、单调泵优化后系统在满足冷却需求的前提下可分别节省9.85%与6.4%的耗水量,同时节能率分别达到15.18%与12.75%,具有显著优势。【结论】结果表明:所述方法可以基本实现系统节能与供水量按需分配,可为水电站技术供水系统智能化、节能化改造提供参考。[Objective]The technical water supply system is an important part of maintaining the safe and economical operation of hydropower units.To address the energy waste problem caused by the mismatch of cooling water supply and demand under the winter or low-flow conditions of the technical water supply system,[Methods]this paper proposes an energy-saving method based on pump-valve optimization control,taking a certain power station technical water supply system as the research object.First,a water supply network and variable frequency pump mathematical model that conforms to the engineering reality is established.Second,under the condition of satisfying the flow demand and pressure constraint,the pump speed and valve opening degree are taken as the optimization variables,and a pump-valve coordinated control and monotonic pump energy-saving optimization model under low-flow is established.Finally,the sand cat swarm optimization algorithm(SCSO)is used to optimize the parameters of the optimization model,determine the key parameters such as the pump speed and valve opening degree under the minimum power consumption,and realize the system energy saving and water supply on-demand allocation.This paper conducts a simulation experiment of the energy-saving method and calculates the water supply flow and system power consumption before and after optimization.At the same time,the optimization model is simplified according to the actual situation of the power station,and the monotonic pump optimization model is obtained.[Results]The result show that:compared with the traditional control method,the system can save 9.85%and 6.4%of water consumption respectively after pump-valve coordinated control and monotonic pump optimization under the premise of meeting the cooling demand,and the energy saving rate reaches 15.18%and 12.75%respectively,which has significant advantages.[Conclusion]The result show that:the method proposed in this paper can realize the system energy saving and water supply on-demand allocation,and can provide a r
