摘　　要：新时代治港治澳方略是对“一国两制”方针的坚守与发展,是以习近平同志为核心的党中央对“一国两制”实践的科学总结和规律性认识,集中体现为全面准确、坚定不移贯彻“一国两制”方针。它是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,具有系统性、辩证性、实践性和人民性的理论特质,是新时代贯彻“一国两制”方针的理论遵循和行动指南,为“一国两制”理论与实践创新作出了重要贡献。The strategy of governing Hong Kong and Macao in the new era is an adherence and development of the“one country,two systems”policy,which represents a scientific overview and systematic understanding of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core on the practice of“one country,two systems”and is encapsulated as a strategy of fully,faithfully,and resolutely implementing the“one country,two systems”policy.The strategy is an important component of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,and it demonstrates systematic,dialectical,practical,and people-oriented theoretical features.It also has become a theoretical and action guideline for implementing the“one country,two systems”policy in the new era,and made significant contributions to theoretical and practical innovations of the policy.
