摘 要:挥发性有机物(VOCs)是造成大气环境污染的重要污染源之一,实施VOCs治理能够有效改善大气环境质量,具有显著的环境效益和社会效益。为严格控制油品码头的VOCs排放,需建设油气回收设施对码头装船作业产生的VOCs进行处理,实现达标排放。综合分析码头装船作业的介质组成、排放标准和运行成本等因素,认为液氮深冷技术在码头装船作业VOCs治理技术选型上有明显的优势。为验证处理效果,建设处理量为1500 m^(3)/h的液氮深冷设施,用于处理原油和成品油装船产生的VOCs,通过验证处理温度在-70℃、-90℃和-110℃时的VOCs排放浓度,认为该技术的处理效果完全能够满足国家标准,具有非常重要的工程实用价值。Volatile organic compounds is one of the important sources of atmospheric pollution.The quality of the atmospheric environment can be effectively improved by VOCs treatment,and has significant environmental and social benefits.To strictly control the emission of VOCs from oil docks,it is necessary to construct oil gas recovery facilities to treat the VOCs generated during dock loading operations for achieve standard emissions.Comprehensive analysis of factors such as medium composition,emission standards,and operating costs in dock loading operations,it is believed that liquid nitrogen condensation technology has significant advantages in selecting VOCs treatment technologies for dock loading operations.By the industrial application,detecting the VOCs emission concentration of liquid nitrogen condensation technology in treating different medium composition,it is believed that the processing effect of this technology can fully meet national standards and has very important engineering practical value.
