摘　　要：总结1例心脏移植术后合并终末期肾脏疾病患者予维持性血液透析治疗,在治疗中保持患者血压和血糖平稳,严防心律失常等急性并发症,加强个体化营养管理和心理疏导,患者顺利完成每周4次血液滤过治疗。This article summarizes one patient with end-stage renal disease after heart transplantation.The patient underwent maintenance hemodialysis.During the treatment,the patient's blood pressure and blood glucose were kept stable,arrhythmia and other acute complications prevented,individualized nutrition management strengthened,and psychological counseling provided.The patient finished 4 times of hemodialysis.
