气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者应用穴位敷贴中医护理技术的效果

摘　　要：目的 探讨气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者应用穴位敷贴中医护理技术的效果。方法 选取聊城市东昌府区中医院2021年6月—2023年6月收治的100例气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组采用常规护理干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用穴位敷贴干预。比较两组患者的疼痛程度、腰椎功能及生活质量。结果 干预后,研究组的疼痛视觉模拟评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数评分分别为(2.58±0.62)分、(10.05±2.85)分,均低于对照组的(3.67±0.56)分、(19.32±4.34)分,日本骨科协会评估治疗分数为(22.05±2.40)分,高于对照组的(19.72±1.79)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的生活质量综合评定问卷中躯体、心理、社会功能及物质生活状态评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 将穴位敷贴中医护理技术应用于气滞血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者中,能有效减轻疼痛,改善其腰椎功能及生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods A total of 100 patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type admitted to Liaocheng Dongchangfu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a research group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the research group received acupoint application intervention on the basis of the control group.The degree of pain,lumbar function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score and the Oswestry Disability Index score of the research group were(2.58±0.62) points and(10.05±2.85) points,respectively,which were lower than(3.67±0.56) points and(19.32±4.34) points of the control group,the treatment score evaluated by the Japanese Orthopaedic Association was(22.05 ±2.40) points,which was higher than(19.72±1.79) points of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of body,psychological,social function and material life status in the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique in patients with lumbar disc herniation of qi stagnation and blood stasis type can effectively reduce pain,improve lumbar function and quality of life.
