摘　　要：目的 探讨Sextant微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术对胸腰椎脊柱骨折患者椎体功能恢复的影响。方法 选取2021年1月—2023年12月赤峰市肿瘤医院收治的82例胸腰椎脊柱骨折患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,各41例。对照组采用开放式椎弓根内固定术治疗,研究组采用Sextant微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术治疗。对比两组的手术相关指标、椎体形态、疼痛程度、椎体功能及并发症发生情况。结果 研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,手术切口长度短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,研究组椎体前缘高度比、椎体矢状面指数均高于对照组,脊柱后凸角度小于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 d,研究组疼痛视觉模拟评分低于对照组,术后6个月,研究组Oswestry功能障碍指数评分低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为2.44%,低于对照组的19.51%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 胸腰椎脊柱骨折应用Sextant微创经皮椎弓根螺钉内固定术,可促进患者康复,减轻疼痛程度,提高生活质量。Objective To investigate the effect of Sextant minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation on the recovery of vertebral function in patients with thoracolumbar spinal fracture.Methods A total of 82 patients with thoracolumbar spine fracture admitted to Chifeng Cancer Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and a research group according to random number table method,with41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open pedicle internal fixation,and the research group was treated with Sextant minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation.The surgery related indicators,vertebral shape,pain degree,vertebral function and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospital stay of the research group were shorter than those of the control group,the amount of intraoperative blood loss and the length of surgical incision were shorter than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P <0.05).After 6 months of surgery,the vertebral anterior margin height ratio and vertebral sagittal plane index in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the kyphotic angle of the spine was smaller than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P <0.05);after 3 days of surgery,the pian Visual Analogue Scale score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,after 6 months of surgery,the Oswestry Disability Index score of the research group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the research group was 2.44%,which was lower than 19.51% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Sextant minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw fixation for thoracolumbar spine fractures can promote reco
